宝安柴油发电机维护保养检查项目
（1）润滑系统：检查液面、漏油；更换机油、机油滤清器。
（2）冷却系统：检查散热器、喉管及连接器；水位，皮带张力及水泵等，定期清洁冷却器风扇滤网和冷却器风扇轴承。
（3）进风口系统：检查空气过滤器、管位及连接器；更换空气过滤器。
（4）燃油系统：检查燃油液位、限速器、油管及连接器、燃油泵。排液（燃油缸及油水分离器沉淀物或水），更换柴油过滤器。
（5）排气系统：检查排气阻塞、漏气；排放消声器积炭积水。
（6）充电系统：检查电池充电器，电池电解液位、密度（每周检查并对电池充电一次），仪表，总开关，接线管及指示灯。
（7）发电机部分：检查进风口阻塞情况、接线端子、绝缘、振动及各部件是否正常。
（8）自动控制装置：检查模拟供、停电，起动油机自动装置是否正常。
（9）视实际情况更换机油、各种油隔及空气隔。
（10）清洁机组，每月清洁冷却器外围。完成上列工作检查后，开动机组15分钟（或带负荷运行）。
（11）控制屏每月一次清洁及检查和实施维修保养工作，对比保养前后运行参数，总结保养过程，完成维护保养报告。
